Oh Yes.

I personally think that HTC ONE who is Marketing its Ultra Pixels INNOVATION  is actually a COPY of Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia 808 Innovation.

HTC says that it has innovated Oversampling technique in its phone.
LOL .. :P
